Giovanni Battista Majer

I was born in Milan and raised between Paris and Born in Milan, raised between Paris and—yes—a Hindu ashram in rural Italy, where I honed my worldbuilding skills with endless sessions of D&D and gaming on my mom’s Macintosh SE.

I trained at École du Louvre (art history/cinema), Politecnico di Milano (MBA), and UCLA (screenwriting). I've been a published author since age 13. At 22, I edited a scholarly edition of Leonardo da Vinci’s notebooks for Neri Pozza.

From 2016 to 2019, I was EP and acting CEO at a leading treatment studio. I’ve been freelancing since then. Over 10 years, I’ve shipped 500+ pitch decks for 200+ directors worldwide across every industry and genre, including Cannes Lions, Oscar, Golden Globe, and David di Donatello winners.

I write in English, French, and Italian. I’m fluent in Mandarin. Also: a Tier 5 OpenAI developer.
